From British Arachnological Society
Membership of the British Arachnological Society is open to any individual interested in the study of spiders and other arachnids.
Membership is not open to institutions, however, they may become subscribers and receive the Society's publications, subscription is not available to individuals.
Membership privileges include:
- The Bulletin of the British Arachnological Society
- The Newsletter of the British Arachnological Society
The above are published three times a years and free to members and subscribers.
- Access to the Society's extensive reprint library and slide library
- Access to the members' section of the web-site which is gradually developing into an online resource for arachnologists
- An e-mail discussion group - the ideal place for advice, help or just a chat!
- Many field meetings arranged by members throughout the country
- PayPAL - BAS Membership can now be purchased online using PayPal - click on the logo to the left

If you do not want to pay by PayPal, please use the Application Form (this can be printed out) and send it with payment or notification of payment to the address on the form.
The BAS cannot accept applications for membership via e-mail so please use either PayPal or the Application Form and send it with payment or notification of payment.
For existing members, there is a copy of the Renewal Notice which can be printed out and returned with payment.
The Mail-back form for further information has been removed because of abuse of the system by 'spammers'. If you require further details please e-mail the Membership Treasurer NOTE you will need to change the 'AT' in the address to '@' for the e-mail to work. BAS apologises for the inconvenience.
