The British Arachnological Society (BAS) will be present with a stall at the Northern Coleopterists' Meeting.
Beetles and Spiders in the same theatre!
This event includes several seminars on beetles (see website below for details) as well as the opportunity to see some of the Museum's entomological specimens.
Whilst this is not a general public event, the Coleopterists group welcomes any interested attendees.
The BAS stall is only open to those attending the meeting.
The BAS facilities will include the following:
- BAS banner / display
- Membership details and display copies of BAS Newsletter and Bulletin.
- Arachnid books for sale, new and second hand, at low prices
- New magnifying lenses / loupes for sale, at low prices
- Fundraising merchandise for sale (spider-themed jewellery, crafts, novelties, etc)
